Terms & Conditions — 7v77 Platform Rules & Player Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "7v77" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the 7v77 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://7v77.io, including all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and services offered therein.
• "Player" / "Member" / "User" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on 7v77 or who accesses any part of the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a player upon completing the 7v77 registration process, including all associated balance, transaction history, and personal information.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the player into their 7v77 account using an approved payment method, available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or any non-deposited funds credited to a player's account by 7v77 under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it, or any winnings derived from it, can be converted into withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "BDT" / "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all 7v77 transactions are conducted.

By accessing 7v77, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between versions in different languages (if any are produced), the English version shall always take precedence.

To open and maintain an account on 7v77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 7v77 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all members, without exception.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and automated systems may not register accounts on 7v77.
• You must not be a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 1 of these Terms.
• You must not currently hold, and must not have previously held, another active or suspended 7v77 account. Only one account per individual is permitted at any time.
• You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, and a valid contact method.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

7v77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided during or after registration, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, driver's licence, or proof of address issued within the last three months. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the time period specified by 7v77 may result in account restriction or closure.

By registering, you warrant and represent that all information you have provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility requirements. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility rules constitutes fraud and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on 7v77 at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, or through a third party — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) used for two-factor authentication. You must not share your login details with any other person. 7v77 will never contact you by email, phone, or any other channel to ask for your password.

All activity that occurs under your account — including any wagers placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, or withdrawals requested — is your legal responsibility, regardless of whether you personally performed those actions. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify 7v77 immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be applied.

7v77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. In such cases, 7v77 may withhold funds pending investigation and is under no obligation to disclose the specific reasons for the action taken.

All deposits and withdrawals on 7v77 are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 7v77 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not charge currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• bKash — Minimum deposit: ৳500. Processing time: instant.
• Nagad — Minimum deposit: ৳500. Processing time: instant.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — Minimum deposit: ৳500. Processing time: instant.
• Upay — Minimum deposit: ৳500. Processing time: instant.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 7v77 does not accept third-party deposits — any deposit received from a payment account whose registered name does not match your 7v77 account name will be rejected and returned, less any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment provider.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account number used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 for standard members. Withdrawal processing times are as follows: standard members — one to six hours; Black Diamond VIP tier members — instant. 7v77 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal request.

7v77 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 7v77 will notify the player and may request supporting documentation to complete the compliance review.

7v77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

General bonus rules that apply to all 7v77 promotions unless the specific offer states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
• Wagering requirements must be met using Real Money Balance first, before Bonus Balance is applied to any wager.
• Only wagers placed on games that contribute to the wagering requirement will count toward fulfilling it. Contribution rates vary by game type and are published in the specific bonus terms.
• Maximum bet size while a wagering requirement is active is ৳2,000 per round or spin, unless the specific bonus terms state a different limit. Bets exceeding this limit during an active wagering requirement may result in the forfeiture of the entire bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They may not be sold, gifted, or shared between players.
• 7v77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if it reasonably suspects the bonus is being abused or exploited.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

All bets placed on 7v77 — whether on casino games, live casino tables, or sports betting markets — are governed by the rules of the relevant game or market as published on the platform at the time the bet is placed, together with the rules of the applicable Game Provider. In the event of a conflict, the Game Provider's rules take precedence for casino games; 7v77's published sportsbook rules take precedence for sports betting markets.

By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game or market rules. Ignorance of the rules is not a valid ground for disputing the outcome of a settled bet.

Key general betting rules applicable to all 7v77 products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 7v77 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet, except where the platform has made a manifest error (see below).
• 7v77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or terms that result from a manifest technical error, pricing error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's Real Money Balance.
• 7v77 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, maximum payout limits, and minimum bet limits on any game or market at any time without prior notice. Current limits are published on the relevant game or market page.
• For live (in-play) sports betting, bets accepted after the conclusion of the relevant event or market will be voided and stakes returned. It is the player's responsibility to verify that a market is still open before placing an in-play bet.
• In the event of a technical failure that interrupts an in-progress casino game round, the round will either be completed with the available game state data or voided, depending on the Game Provider's recovery procedure. 7v77 will communicate the outcome to affected players within a reasonable period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 7v77. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive — 7v77 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any conduct not listed below constitutes a breach of these Terms.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, using a stolen or unauthorised payment method, or misrepresenting your eligibility to hold a 7v77 account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game on 7v77.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting a manifest pricing error, system glitch, or game malfunction to extract value from the platform. Any winnings derived from a known or obvious error are not payable and will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using the 7v77 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to conceal the origin of any funds. 7v77 cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations relating to money laundering and financial crime.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider in respect of a 7v77 deposit. Players who initiate chargebacks will have their accounts suspended and any outstanding balances withheld pending resolution of the dispute.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one 7v77 account for any purpose, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses or to circumvent a restriction placed on a previous account.
• Sharing Account Access: Allowing any third party to access or use your 7v77 account, including for the purpose of placing bets on your behalf.

7v77 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable online gaming environment. We believe that gambling should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 7v77 members at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your 7v77 account. Limits can be reduced immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts and automatic session termination after a specified period of continuous play.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7v77 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express, implied, or statutory — in connection with the platform, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7v77 does not guarantee that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary disruption to platform availability. 7v77 will use reasonable efforts to restore service as promptly as practicable but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime.

In no event shall 7v77's total aggregate liability to any player — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — exceed the total amount of Real Money deposits made by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7v77 accepts no liability for:

• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the player during registration.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any kind, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
• The conduct, content, or reliability of third-party Game Providers whose games are made available on the platform.
• Any tax liability arising from winnings, which remains the sole responsibility of the player.

The collection, storage, use, and sharing of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The version of the Terms in force at the time any dispute arises shall govern that dispute, regardless of any subsequent amendments.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online entertainment platforms operating in the relevant jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and 7v77, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of the complaint being filed, either party may refer the matter to independent dispute resolution. 7v77 will cooperate fully with any such process. The outcome of any independent dispute resolution process shall be final and binding on both parties, subject to any rights of appeal available under applicable law.
